• Serve as the primary HR contact for Netherlands operations and take ownership of HR initiatives
• Work closely with the European HR team to ensure consistent and effective HR practices
• Advise managers on implementation of HR strategy, succession planning, performance management, compensation strategy, and organizational development
• Act as first point of contact for the global management team and Global HR Business Partners
• Represent HR in the Country Governance Board and be an active member of local management committees
• Communicate with national and international managers on strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational changes
• Act as interface to the HR Service Center and coordinate status of ongoing manager requests
• Cultivate a trusting and professional relationship with the works council
• Drive change initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment
• Support implementation of local, regional, and global HR initiatives
