About the role

  • Boldr is a global B-Corp delivering world-class client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work
  • Support the Senior Manager, GE Operations to ensure Team Members receive necessary HR and payroll-related support
  • Assist in managing Client-related communications and collaborate with departments on HR matters
  • Address Team Member concerns, escalations, and engagement
  • Ensure monthly Probation Performance Reviews are conducted and documented and uploaded to BambooHR
  • Provide administrative support for timekeeping requests, leaves, procurement, and manager approvals
  • Coordinate with PX, IT, and Office Ops for onboarding logistics, access provisioning, and equipment allocation
  • Maintain relationships with Team Members as initial point of contact and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Support meetings with Team Members to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, training, and recognition programs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes and maintain central PX documentation libraries and trackers
  • Liaise with Clients on onboarding, probation extensions, offboarding, holiday calendars, benefits, salary appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR or Finance operations, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
  • Advanced capability in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and oral
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, Sprout), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and billing platforms (e.g., Xero) is a plus
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple countries is an advantage
