About the role
- Lead workforce data analysis, turnover reporting, and provide actionable insights to inform talent and resource planning
- Monitor team expenditures and resource allocation to support adherence to the departmental budget
- Act as a key liaison between People & Growth and business leaders for team needs, policy adherence, and labor law compliance
- Oversee employee support channels, respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams on policy rollouts, process updates, and employee communications
- Oversee execution of company-initiated and government mandated benefits and administer employee compensation review process
- Review and recommend enhancements to benefits programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Act as main administrator of the company HRIS and other HR systems; analyze employee survey and attrition data and partner with leadership on actions
- Partner with HR, Legal and Compliance to assess impact of regulatory changes and document implementation plans
- Lead development and implementation of process improvements and HR documentation standards; support audits including DOLE and OSH reviews
- Represent the company in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) matters, hearings, and compliance requirements
- Serve as escalation point for non-standard data requests and educate stakeholders on effective conversations related to people data
- Work closely with Organizational Excellence to define and test operational People dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Human Resources or Business Administration
- Master's degree would be a great bonus
- At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role within HR Operations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Natural problem-solver and self-starter, able to manage global projects with minimal direction
- Keen eye for detail and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requests
- Excellent communication skills, able to listen actively and present complex ideas clearly
- Willing to work from Makati City and/or BGC office at least once a week
- Standard work hours 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday
