• Lead workforce data analysis, turnover reporting, and provide actionable insights to inform talent and resource planning
• Monitor team expenditures and resource allocation to support adherence to the departmental budget
• Act as a key liaison between People & Growth and business leaders for team needs, policy adherence, and labor law compliance
• Oversee employee support channels, respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed

• Represent the company in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) matters, hearings, and compliance requirements
• Serve as escalation point for non-standard data requests and educate stakeholders on effective conversations related to people data
• Work closely with Organizational Excellence to define and test operational People dashboards

• Account Strategist & Analyst The Account Strategist & Analyst will work closely with internal teammates to scope, devise, and drive the best solutions for our clients. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. The Account Strategist will be the bridge between data and actionable insights, ensuring our clients receive the highest value from their digital marketing investments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Data Analysis & Reporting Conduct in-depth analysis of client data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM data) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop and present clear, concise, and compelling performance reports and dashboards to clients on a regular basis. Translate complex data into easily understandable insights and recommendations Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with Account Managers and other team members to develop and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives. Formulate and present data-backed recommendations for campaign optimizations, budget allocation, and new initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities for new services or campaigns that will add value for the client. Client Communication & Management Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating strategic insights and rationale effectively and confidently. Lead client meetings, presenting data, strategy, and results in a professional and engaging manner. Address client questions and concerns with a data-driven approach, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Collaboration & Internal Leadership Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, Content, Creative) to ensure strategic plans are executed flawlessly. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team. Contribute to the development of internal processes and frameworks for data analysis and strategy creation.

• Provide essential support to luxury clientele before, during, and after their travels.
• Ensure all services are booked as sold.
• Review costings as sold, compare with net agreements/contracts, and verify supplier confirmations.
• Prepare final timings (travel documents).
• Support the QA/QC process of confirmed bookings including checking hotel confirmations and contacting transportation companies and guides.
• Assist in closing files by requesting bills from vendors and maintaining up-to-date travel files and records.
• Book and arrange all reservations for excursionist itineraries; book all services as-sold with hotels and suppliers.
