• Serve as the key HRBP for our Field Engineering Org globally
• Act as a partner to the business by advising on best practices and supporting development and implementation of innovative and strategic people strategies and initiatives
• Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR
• Monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and partner with Legal as needed
• Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
• Serve as one of the senior HR Partners across the company, helping to drive the transformation of the People team

Senior HR Business Partner

Operations

• The Manager, Partner Program and Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic design, execution, and monitoring of Neo4j’s partner program and enablement, ensuring it aligns with business goals and fosters a productive partner ecosystem. This involves managing all aspects of partner relationships, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance tracking, incentives, and ongoing engagement. This is a cross-functional role working closely with revenue operations, partner marketing, partner managers, and professional services.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Development - Defining and refining the partner program strategy, including target partner segments, go-to-market approaches, and program goals.
• Partner Onboarding and Enablement - Managing the process for new partners to join the program, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
• Performance Management - Monitoring partner performance against key metrics, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to optimize the program.
• Process Optimization - Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline partner operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the partner experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Working with other teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to align partner programs with overall business objectives and ensure seamless communication.
• Reporting and Analysis - Providing regular reports and presentations on partner performance, program effectiveness, and operational efficiencies.
• Tool and System Management - Maintaining and enhancing tools like PRM platforms to support partner engagement and automation.

• Build and nurture relationships with developers, both internally and externally.
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for developers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with the developer community through forums, social media, and other channels.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
• Use product knowledge to provide valuable insights and support to developers.
• Provide technical support to developers, helping them overcome challenges and issues.
• Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and resources to aid developers.
• Offer hands-on assistance and guidance to developers during product integration.
• Serve as the voice of developers within the organization, advocating for their needs and preferences.
• Provide actionable feedback and insights from the developer community to influence product development.

Role: strategic and audience-focused Product Marketing Manager shaping narrative for C-level executives, combining product expertise, audience marketing, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities: Craft executive narratives; develop audience marketing and sales plays; maintain product knowledge and market positioning; build sales enablement content; own executive content editorial calendar.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Architect

• Build partner funnel and revenue by identifying strategic partnership opportunities with Microsoft. Drive millions in revenue through that partnership.
• Own the technical side of the Microsoft partnership. Act as the SME for how Neo4j works with Azure. Provide hands on assistance to customers who have questions about using Neo4j with Azure services.
• Develop new integrations. Improve existing integrations. Create and maintain technical content on the partnership, including slides, blogs and architecture diagrams.
• Present at industry events like Microsoft Build, blog about integration work and generally work to build awareness of the Neo4j and Microsoft Partnership.
• Up to 50% travel.

Senior Partner Architect

Infrastructure Engineer

• Scale our tools (endpoint, identity, and infrastructure).
• Improve our users' experience by applying your deep understanding of cloud-first IT.
• Deliver solutions & suggest tools that integrate with our existing tech stack to help us meet the demands of the business.
• Effectively manage IT infrastructure operations and peer closely with Security.
• Extending our use of identity and access management, contributing to IT processes, automation, documentation, and project management, and cloud governance and access management.
• Developing resilient integrations to connect systems and databases.
• Automating everyday tasks (with a focus on low/no-code systems when available.)
