Solutions Engineer

• Confidently articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services
• Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles
• Work across a number of opportunities in parallel and manage day-to-day activities such as opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, platform and use case demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria
• Build and nurture rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and be the trusted advisor to them to help them understand what they can achieve with Neo4j
• Co-create reference and solution architectures with our customers, including integrating Neo4j with their existing architecture and applications within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise environment
• Stay current on latest Neo4j capabilities, including usage and integration with third-party tools and services
• Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
• Help drive demand through the participation in account-based marketing events as well as industry-known conferences and trade shows
• Lead by example and actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure, and provide support to your team as required.

Senior Solutions Engineer – Financial Services, Insurance

Business Development Rep

• Partner closely with regional Account Executives to define territory strategies, profile priority accounts, and build aligned multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Systematically map target enterprise organisations to identify and engage key personas across technical, data science, and line-of-business teams.
• Execute a high volume of strategic outbound outreach—including cold calling, tailored emailing, and social selling—to capture executive attention and generate pipeline.

Field Engineer

• Design, execute, and continuously improve technical enablement programs across the Field Engineering organization
• Partner closely with Graph Academy, product and engineering SMEs, and go-to-market teams to translate technical content into engaging, scalable enablement programs
• Own the design and delivery of structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs that build practitioner-level technical competence
• Act as a trusted partner to technical leadership, ensuring that enablement programs directly support product evolution, technical strategy, and field execution
• Define and track meaningful KPIs to measure effectiveness
• Maintain hands-on technical depth to review content, question assumptions, and engage with SMEs

• Run Neo4j's competitive intelligence program across the competitive landscape
• Build and maintain battlecards and sales plays
• Partner with sales, sales engineering, and revenue operations to run structured win-loss programs
• Build and deliver enablement that arms global sellers and SEs to handle competitive deals with confidence
• Sharpen Neo4j's differentiated messaging against key competitors
• Partner with the AR/PR team on competitive briefings, analyst inquiries, and category narratives
