Infrastructure Engineer

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Program Manager

• Build and own enablement programs onboarding, hands-on workshop & labs, virtual training, certification tracks, etc.
• Translate curriculum into program flows, sequencing, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions (e.g. “Beginner → - Intermediate – Practitioner → Expert).
• Own the calendar and manage program launches, iterations, refreshes.
• Lead onboarding for field engineering new hires, ensuring technical hires ramp quickly and confidently in customer-facing scenarios.
• Maintain an “everboarding” / continuous learning roadmap to keep all technical audiences current (product updates, architectural patterns, best practices).
• Create and curate enablement assets (labs, guides, playbooks) in collaboration with SMEs and Graph Academy.

• Success in this role requires earning a seat at the table with technical leaders and influencing the enablement strategy.
• Define and track meaningful KPIs (e.g., time-to-proficiency, assessment scores, certification pass rates, adoption rates, program attendance, stakeholder satisfaction, business impact).
• Conduct retrospectives and root-cause analyses when programs underperform.
• Produce dashboards and regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply data to iterate and improve future enablement cycles.
• Maintain hands-on technical depth to review content, question assumptions, and confidently engage with SMEs.

Technical Enablement Program Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Help AI-focused startups in Neo4j’s Startup Program succeed with graph + LLM solutions
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of AI startups in the program
• Guide teams in designing, building, and deploying Neo4j-based architectures
• Advise on best practices for Neo4j usage across Aura and self-managed environments, including scaling, performance, and production readiness
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and help customers make sound technical tradeoffs
• Help startups design and implement LLM-enabled solutions using Neo4j
• Translate customer AI requirements into concrete Neo4j-centered architectures, patterns, and implementation guidance
• Work with common AI frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, PydanticAI or ADK
• Identify and promote repeatable graph + AI solution patterns across the startup portfolio
• Own the ongoing technical relationship with assigned startups

Account Manager

• Build and grow the partner ecosystem for the Indian market.
• Work very closely with the Hyperscalers and their ecosystem partners in growing our business.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners; nurture existing partnerships to maximize their potential.
• Work with partner marketing, field marketing, Cloud Sales directors, and the regional sales leader to develop and execute a regional partner strategy to drive new revenue growth and expand partner relationships.
