Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions
Sell with goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets and achieve assigned sales and business quality objectives
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services
Territory development: build local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhance Comcast positioning and brand
Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required
Drive customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience
Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
Identify consultative improvements to customers' communication capabilities
Manage territory with a comprehensive business plan and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Collaborate with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction
Adhere to company standards, Operating Principles and professionalism; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) — "While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience."
Experience selling Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
Experience creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations
