About the role
- Provide product and technical knowledge, advice and solutions to Sales Representatives and customers for new customer deployments, expansion projects and internal initiatives for ad-serving platforms
- Work as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the Company's product lines
- Perform needs analyses and develop/document strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions
- Participate in product release cycle through requirement gather, design vetting and user acceptance testing
- Support Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
- Architect solutions during presales process and articulate technical solutions
- Create, review and execute product test plans and cases; document test progress and report results
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
- Assist representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products
- Share best practices across the company
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent coursework and experience
- 2-5 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Communication, Customer Experience (CX), IT Problem Solving, Problem Solving, Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
