About the role

  • Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling
  • Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization
  • Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting
  • Researching and evaluating of new user acquisition channels
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies
  • Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls

Requirements

  • Confident in key marketing metrics: ROI, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR
  • Hands-on experience setting up ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent math and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent soft skills, high motivation to learn, proactive attitude, attentiveness to details
  • Strong interest in marketing and the Health & Fitness niche
  • B2+ English level
  • Eagerness to work with big budgets and be a valuable team member
