About the role
- Take full ownership of the paid marketing engine to support lead generation and CPA targets
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
- Keep ad creatives sharp and deliver steady, cost-effective growth
- Drive SEO strategy and execution to build sustainable organic traffic
- Lead CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to maximize conversion rates
- Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and provide actionable performance insights
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment and optimize customer journey
- Partner with RevOps to tighten attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot
- Report to the VP of Growth and collaborate closely with the Growth team
- Start as a remote contractor with potential relocation to Rotterdam after ~9–12 months
Requirements
- Strong experience running Paid Acquisition campaigns in B2B SaaS
- Skilled in analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
- Solid grasp of SEO best practices and experience implementing them
- Comfortable with CRO testing and iterative conversion improvements
- Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, Hotjar
- Proficient in SEMrush or a similar SEO tool
- Comfortable working as a remote contractor located within ±3 hours of Rotterdam time (CET)
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps (GA4, GTM, Hubspot)
