Account Executive

• Lead Sales in the Nordics and Benelux : Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients in these regions.
• Leverage Your Network: Use your existing connections in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Be the Face in Hamburg: Represent C Teleport at meetings, conferences, and networking events around the Hamburg region.
• Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your pipeline and ensure successful handovers.
• Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our growth in the region.

Sales Executive – Maritime, Nordics, Benelux

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own and execute company-wide financial strategy, profitability targets, hiring budgets, and fundraising planning
• Lead strategic financial planning and analysis; provide insights to CEO, board, and investors
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and compliance
• Develop and implement financial KPIs, metrics and reporting tools (Pigment, Power BI)
• Define and improve internal control frameworks (cash headroom, bad debt, audit deadlines)
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity management and cost control initiatives
• Supervise accounting operations, external audits, tax compliance and debtor management
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements across finance operations
• Build, guide and develop finance team; partner with Product, IT, Growth, Sales and HR
• Manage investor reporting, board updates, and due diligence materials

• Take full ownership of the paid marketing engine to support lead generation and CPA targets
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
• Keep ad creatives sharp and deliver steady, cost-effective growth
• Drive SEO strategy and execution to build sustainable organic traffic
• Lead CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to maximize conversion rates
• Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and provide actionable performance insights
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment and optimize customer journey
• Partner with RevOps to tighten attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot
• Report to the VP of Growth and collaborate closely with the Growth team
• Start as a remote contractor with potential relocation to Rotterdam after ~9–12 months
