About the role

  • Drive sales growth in a designated region for Avant Tech's IT solutions
  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base
  • Develop, implement, and manage regional sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver holistic solutions to customers
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote solutions and enhance brand awareness
  • Manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities; provide insights to shape offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 5 years in sales
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, products, and services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
