About the role
- Drive sales growth in a designated region for Avant Tech's IT solutions
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base
- Develop, implement, and manage regional sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver holistic solutions to customers
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote solutions and enhance brand awareness
- Manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities; provide insights to shape offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 5 years in sales
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, products, and services
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
