Community Manager

• Engagement: Monitor and manage daily activities across our digital groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack).
• Moderation: Ensure all members adhere to group guidelines and maintain a professional environment.
• Communication: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.
• Growth: Implement strategies to increase group engagement and membership satisfaction.
• Operations: Assist in the daily coordination of Avant One projects and tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports for the team.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and summarize feedback from users/clients to help improve the Avant One experience.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable local and international regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and relevant U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, document, and monitor operational, regulatory, reputational, and compliance risks across all business lines.
• Develop, maintain, and update risk registers, compliance frameworks, policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure accuracy, defensibility, and compliance in processes.
• Lead or support incident response and remediation, including investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting where required.
• Promote an ethical culture, advising leadership on compliance obligations and managing requests that may expose the business to regulatory or reputational risk.
• Track and ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, business registrations, insurance policies, and statutory filings.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and compliance reviews, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
• Prepare management and executive reports on compliance status, key risks, incidents, and remediation progress.
• Support client audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party due diligence processes.
