About the role
- Champion and communicate the company’s vision across assigned regions, aligning local sales efforts with national strategies
- Develop and lead comprehensive regional sales strategies focused on growth and market share expansion
- Drive high-performance sales execution by partnering with branch leadership and national account teams
- Translate national initiatives into actionable local plans—ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience
- Monitor regional KPIs and sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and identify opportunities
- Lead and mentor local sales teams, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
- Establish and manage effective sales enablement tools, training programs, and performance benchmarks
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to continuously enhance regional sales strategies
- Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and executive teams to support go-to-market initiatives
- Travel within assigned region to support teams, attend client meetings, and maintain strong market presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience for commercial contractor or related service industry
- Proven success in managing multi-location/regional sales teams with measurable growth outcomes
- Experience in both individual sales performance and leading high-performing sales organizations
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to align local goals with national initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable influencing at all organizational levels
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics to improve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and sales tools knowledge required
- Experience in commercial roofing or construction industry preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned region
