About the role
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, contracts, safety, and quality standards.
- Represent the company in developing new business and strengthening client relationships.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Oversee and enforce daily safety protocols in coordination with superintendents.
- Identify new project opportunities, prepare estimates, and maintain a strong pipeline of work.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and estimating.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to interpret contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Based in Fort Myers, FL and available to work within the Gulf Coast region.
