About the role
- Provide overall leadership and technical direction to project teams, including subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Enforce company and project policies while maintaining close client relationships.
- Ensure projects are built in compliance with contracts, designs, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
- Represent the company with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Review new project opportunities, support estimating, and manage subcontractor coordination.
- Oversee self-performed operations while promoting and enforcing daily safety practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of construction field experience.
- Thorough knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction management.
- Design-Build project experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HH2, Plangrid, Procore, and Timberline/Sage is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
