About the role
- Deliver system engineering projects by producing technical information and documentation according to Trison standards, for internal use, clients, and external contractors.
- Drive quality and consistency within the engineering team by developing, implementing, and monitoring processes and best practices.
- Act as a proactive last line of defense in problem-solving both on-site and remotely.
- Support the Sales department by providing engineering estimates in terms of design and labor, handling multiple projects within budget and to customer satisfaction.
- Act as a technical liaison with internal departments, clients, and contractors.
- Design systems covering electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client needs, using proven technologies and exploring innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Higher university education in engineering is essential.
- At least 5 years' experience as an audiovisual engineer.
- High level of organisational skills in complex and multidisciplinary areas.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, especially with commercial areas.
- Commitment to collective objectives and to the management team.
- Methodical, precise person who is used to meeting and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Fluent in English.
