About the role

  • Report directly to the Manager, Sales Operations as part of the Revenue Operations team
  • Own Account and Territory Management across Enterprise and Mid-Market regions, designing and refining territory strategies
  • Collaborate with senior sales stakeholders to align territory strategies with GTM objectives
  • Assign accounts strategically using AI-driven insights and automation to ensure equitable opportunity and revenue optimisation
  • Proactively adjust territory plans for new product launches, evolving ICP criteria, and industry trends
  • Continuously assess and develop scalable territory frameworks and principles
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and insights utilising AI for data synthesis and error detection to monitor territory health and pipeline progression
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and non-sales teams by leading and implementing projects that address GTM challenges
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the sales funnel through process and workflow automation
  • Promote and document GTM best practices and standardise effective strategies and workflows
  • Support CRM data integrity: manage external data provider relationships, own enrichment and scoring workflows, and guide operating procedures
  • Design and maintain operational hand-offs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to optimise customer journey and support Net Revenue Retention
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems and Strategy & Analytics teams to ensure operational processes support teamwork and communication across GTM

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations role, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • 2+ years experience in Account & Territory Management within a fast-paced sales organisation
  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing AI/ML automation, enrichment, scoring, or workflow solutions to optimise sales processes
  • Deep understanding of CRMs as an admin user (ideally Salesforce) with experience integrating third-party solutions and custom-built tooling
  • Demonstrated strategic acumen and ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans
  • Experience managing complex projects from inception to completion, working with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success at a senior level
  • Track record of leveraging data-driven models to enhance territory design
