About the role
- Own and execute the UK marketing strategy end-to-end to position Employment Hero as category leader
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organisation and set vision for cross-functional squads
- Drive measurable growth, pipeline creation, demand generation, and customer acquisition
- Build and scale repeatable growth engines leveraging data and AI to drive revenue impact
- Act as strategic adviser to the UK MD, Global GM Marketing, and Executive Leadership Team
- Drive innovation across brand, product marketing, and demand generation to differentiate EH
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns and GTM motions across PR, content, performance, SEO, CRM, and events
- Champion the voice of the customer, translating insights for product, sales, and partnerships
- Member of Global Marketing Leadership Team and UK Leadership Team; report to Global GM Marketing (dotted line to UK MD)
Requirements
- 9+ years in high-velocity B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success scaling marketing functions in fast-paced, growth-stage tech businesses
- Expertise in earned media, brand, performance, GEO/SEO, CRM, CRO, and campaign execution
- Advanced analytical and commercial acumen; highly data-driven approach
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Braze, and Marketo
- An AI-first mindset, leveraging AI to optimise operations and customer propositions
- Resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global scale-up environment
- Hands-on, commercially minded leadership and experience building high-performing teams
