• Successfully grow the Mudflap Fuel Card product while managing the profitability of the portfolio
• Ensure that the loss rates of the Mudflap Fuel Card align with risk appetite and profitability goals
• Determine KPIs to assess the success of the Mudflap Fuel Card
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce credit and fraud risk for Mudflap
• Develop repayment and collection strategies to improve the recovery of delinquent accounts
• Partner with operations and product teams to implement credit and collections strategies
• Develop next generation credit risk financial models and best-in-class monitoring framework
• Shape the future of our credit card/credit program using various tools and methodologies: multi-product internal data, credit bureaus and alternative data sources
• Partner with the leadership and product teams to develop and launch new credit products as Mudflap expands its offerings

Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Operations

• Leverage data and analyses to develop product-line growth strategies, partnering with internal teams, to strengthen offering, optimize sales funnel, and improve customer engagement for fleets and drivers
• Identify, own, and publish operational OKRs and KPIs, which will drive positive engagement and usage across Mudflap
• Track, monitor, and improve operational metrics and performance of products, features, operational teams, and systems
• Lead cross-functional teams to scale operations, optimize organizational structures, and improve operational workflows and processes
• Develop and lead GTM program for new product lines or initiatives, including managing external vendor relationships, evaluating business applications, and developing processes for onboarding and support
• Partner with internal teams, to optimize company functions, strengthen network and improve experience for drivers and merchants
• Present recommendations and results to management and key decision-makers

Senior Strategic Operations Manager

• Develop Risk & Support strategies, partnering with internal teams, to strengthen network and improve experience for drivers and merchants
• Identify, own and publish operational OKRs and KPIs which will drive positive engagement and usage across Mudflap
• Leverage data and analysis to develop growth strategies and execution plans to optimize Mudflap functions and address business problems
