Fire Alarm Project Manager

• Perform installation and commissioning of security systems including camera, card access, and intrusion.
• Complete the full startup of new systems and complete the required checkout and commissioning documentation.
• Guide installation process and ensure standards are met for quality and safety.
• Add devices to existing systems and properly commission the system after any modification.
• Make repairs and programming changes as required to keep the systems operational and reliable.
• Interact with the customer or general contractor to ensure work is performed as expected.
• Communicate schedule ability, material needs, or any job-related issues with the Project Management team.
• Complete assigned tasks on time.
• Support emergency service call-outs on a rotational basis.

Project Technician – Security

• Actively manage project work adhering to the documented MSS Low Voltage process, standards and scheduling
• Serve as an active and participating member of collaborations surrounding LV processes and standards
• Serve as a visible leader, supporting peer Project Managers and technical team, leading by example
• Review and thoroughly understand company contractual rights, subcontract liabilities and responsibilities for assigned Project Work
• Provide leadership to the team, resolve issues and solve problems that arise throughout the duration of the project for assigned work
• Manage oversight of the project team and maintain project requirements for safety, quality, productivity to ensure they are maintained throughout the duration of the project for assigned work
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
