• Lead Data Integration Across Legacy and Golden Sources Drive business analysis for migrating product, performance, and marketing datasets from legacy systems to golden data sources.
• Partner with data, technology and platform teams to define ingestion logic, transformation rules, and data quality expectations.
• Ensure data source structures accommodate current and future Marketing use cases, including collateral, website, and reporting needs.

• Ensure End-to-End Data Quality & Governance Establish and maintain business validation rules for product data elements used in marketing.
• Collaborate with Data Quality teams to monitor completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across systems.
• Maintain issue logs, drive root‑cause analysis, and oversee remediation to ensure clean data flows into marketing tools and assets.
• Support enforcement of enterprise data governance policies for product and performance data.
• Establish data governance standards for product metadata, ensuring consistency across legacy systems, marketing platforms, and golden sources.
