About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Technology, Operations, and COO leadership teams to identify and prioritize high-value transformation, automation, and AI opportunities.
Lead divisional engagement initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, AI adoption and efficiency strategies.
Drive GenAI adoption programs across Global Centers through governance, enablement, communications, and metrics reporting.
Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, hackathons, promptathons, agent jams and roadshows to accelerate innovation and solution reuse.
Lead process re-engineering and transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping, Process Mining and Automation methodologies.
Develop executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, KPIs and leadership communications to track progress and demonstrate value realization.
Partner with AI, Automation, and Platform teams to scale adoption of GenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, Claude cowork and related technologies.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies to deliver strategic outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology Strategy, Automation, AI Enablement, or Operational Excellence
Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional transformation programs
Demonstrated track record of driving adoption, efficiency improvements, and measurable business outcomes
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Process Improvement, Automation, or AI technologies are desirable.
At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
