Work for a joint venture of an international organisation in the defense and automotive industry providing project- and operations-related IT services to parent company's subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide
Expert support for program and project managers throughout all phases of assigned projects
Participate in the development and operation of the organizational structure of projects
Establish and coordinate communication processes related to the projects
Develop and operate regular and ad-hoc project reporting and analysis systems
Organize project-related events, manage invitations and attendance
Perform tasks related to project documentation under the guidance of the project manager
Organize project workshops and trainings
Monitor project team performance and support the project manager in enhancing team effectiveness
Continuously improve and maintain project templates and support program and project managers in their application
Requirements
University degree in economics, engineering, or information technology
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT projects
Experience with the Waterfall project methodology
Experience with PM tools
Effective communication skills
Experience in project documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in critical or escalated situations
Ability to manage change and process information quickly in a dynamic environment
Proficient user-level knowledge of the MS Office suite
Confident business-level English and German proficiency, both written and spoken
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Systematic thinking with strong planning and organizational abilities
(Plus) Experience with PRINCE2 methodology and ServiceNow
(Plus) Familiarity with agile methodologies such as pull-mode Kanban task management
