Our client is a joint venture of an international organisation in the defense and automotive industry and an IT System integrator. The headquarter is in Budapest and their initial mission is to provide project- and operations-related IT services to the parent company's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, our client plans to expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.
Your tasks will be:
Planning, execution and documentation of small to medium sized IT projects, including the performance of all required activities in all project phases
Requirements analysis and solution design in coordination with business or IT departments
Identification and resolution of dependencies, changes and risks in project planning
Conducting workshops and project meetings
Steering of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
Responsibility of budget and time targets as well as adherence to quality standards
Reporting, communication and alignment of project results and details with all stakeholders
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects and knowledge of various process models
Project management - PMI, Prince2 - knowledge
Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, technical business administration or a comparable qualification
Detail-oriented, technically profound thinking and multitasking ability
Strong analytical skills, high organizational talent
Excellent stakeholder management
Good presentation skills, ability to represent the project in front of committees and board
Good proficiency in English and German (business level), both written and spoken
Certificates in project management PMI, Prince2
Experience with Stage-gate model
Experience / Knowledge in internal IT organization
Experience in manufacturing company
Experience in IT infrastructure / applications / security of a production unit
