Set up projects in ServiceNow project management module
Apply seasoned technical project management skills and frameworks to resolve issues and select solutions
Manage projects of diverse scope, size, impact, budget and project team size
Own IT project plan, schedule, budget, scope, status, requirements analysis, and issue management for assigned projects
Serve as single point of contact for large-scale, highly technical projects; coordinate meetings, drive tasks, and track/report status, risks, and issues
Capture, compile, track, manage, document, communicate and escalate status, issues, and risks
Create and track the IT Project Portfolio in ServiceNow
Oversee projects with multiple deliverables, delegate and coordinate tasks, and manage integrated project plans
Negotiate internally and externally and manage scope, resources, timelines, costs/budget, quality, communication, and procurements
Develop and execute training and education on standard project management methods; facilitate project governance and reporting
Implement extensive changes to existing functionality or the implementation of new applications and/or technology
Requirements
PMP Certification
3 Years Experience as a Project Manager leading large enterprise IT projects
Strong ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional (technical and business users) teams
High proficiency using Microsoft Project and ServiceNow to create and update project schedules
Analytical ability sufficient to understand user requirements and translate them into technical terms to develop quantitative status report
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders and the technology leadership team about strategy, adjustments, and progress
