About the role
- Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
- Co-Lead and execute cross-functional HR operations projects, ensuring alignment with global HR strategy and business objectives
- Partner with HR Shared Services teams to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple regions and time zones
- Support system implementations and enhancements (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) by gathering requirements, testing, and training
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and adherence to global standards
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Contribute to change management efforts, including documentation, training, and communication plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or project management within a global organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Analytical mindset with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrates a strong passion for data analytics with hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools is a plus and/or project management certifications such as PMP, Lean Six, etc.
