About the role
- Oversee Movement Strategy’s Beauty Pod and serve as primary point of contact for client communications and project coordination
- Manage day-to-day operations of client projects, ensuring efficient execution, strong client relationships, and project success
- Problem-solve: identify challenges, raise issues, and develop solutions to get the job done
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to bring valuable insights to the team
- Develop understanding and contribution to creative, content ideas, paid media, and performance reporting with a strategic lens
- Support development of scopes of work and quarterly/annual business reviews
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within day-to-day communication and meetings
- Participate in social-centric recommendations to achieve client goals and drive campaigns effectively
- Support the Pod Lead to uphold the strategic vision and work collaboratively
- Manage multiple projects via Asana, leading internal cross-functional teams through project lifecycles including social content, campaign development, influencer strategies, and event activations
- Run internal team-status meetings and always know project standing
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, media planning) to develop and execute social-first creative content and campaigns
- Create and manage timelines, scopes of work, and budgets; report on hours/time spent with Account team
- Work with resource management on budgeting resources and developing staffing plans for projects and client-retainers
- Produce necessary contracts and paperwork for partner-vendors and work with finance/operations to ensure payment is processed within proper budgets
- Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions across departments
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or advertising
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, marketing strategies, and social-first content development
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scope-of-work management
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and problem-solving
- Background working with large brands, entertainment, or influencer partnerships is a plus
- Familiarity with social-digital platforms, emerging tech, influencer management, and content production
