About the role

  • Serve as P&L owner and General Manager for Crafty's New York City market, accountable for market-level profitability and growth
  • Directly oversee Client Operations and Fulfillment to drive exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Scale local operations, build operational infrastructure, and launch new clients and locations with operational excellence
  • Manage costs, forecasting, inventory, and performance reporting to expand margins and drive efficiency
  • Lead, recruit, retain, and develop large frontline teams and third-party partners, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Revenue, Finance, Product, and Technology to align market execution with company goals
  • Optimize end-to-end market performance across fulfillment, logistics, and client experience
  • Build strong client relationships, drive differentiated client experiences, and act as client advocate
  • Set and achieve market goals including retention, profitability, and growth targets

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or general management roles, preferably in a high-growth, service-based, or hospitality business
  • Proven track record of owning a P&L and hitting or exceeding profitability and service goals
  • Experience managing large frontline teams and third-party vendors or partners
  • Strong operational acumen, including forecasting, inventory, cost management, and performance reporting
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders
  • P&L ownership and business leadership
  • Data-driven decision making and use of key performance metrics
  • Operational excellence across fulfillment, logistics, and service delivery
