Own the end-to-end recruitment process, remove blockers, and deliver high-value hires
Champion the Kraken culture, ensuring candidates are aligned to mission and values
Contribute to cross-functional projects to elevate global recruiting infrastructure and define what “great” looks like at Kraken
Operate in a fully remote, high-agency, async-native culture, partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Requirements
Recruitment experience from a reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology/product business (bonus: crypto, fintech, product-driven org)
Extensive experience recruiting in-house in Engineering departments in competitive Tech/Fintech companies
High motor – relentless energy and consistent effort
Scrappyness – problem-solving and opportunity-focused mindset
Strong product sense
Sound appreciation for fundamentals of talent acquisition; creative and inquisitive about modern tactics
