About the role
- Work with the Head of Demand and Regional Demand Leads to drive our advertiser growth strategy, report internally on advertiser performance wins and challenges.
- Expertly manage and grow a portfolio of mobile advertisers, define their strategies, and align internal resources to execute on their goals
- Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
- Be fully responsible for growing revenue from mature and emerging advertisers.
- Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings together with reports and cross-functional team members.
- Lead customer facing communication for performance updates incl. QBRs & other strategic meetings
- Strategically partner with Core operations teams (Operations, Creative) implement growth strategy, formulate revenue driving initiatives, experiments and optimisations to meet client needs.
- Initiate performance investigations and work with Operations teams to resolve those and communicate any findings back to the client
- Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Legal, and Finance) to lead investment and legal approvals/renewals, structuring deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and entice clients to work with us.
- Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.
- Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.
- Identify key areas of revenue opportunity in the industry and within the region.
- Attend industry events to evangelize Liftoff and our technology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ad operations, and other internal and external partners
- Ongoing customer communication and relationship-building efforts
- Impact the processes and functions of the Account Management organization
- Knowledge sharing with the Account Management group in order to increase success and expertise of the collective team
- Serve as a positive role model for the Account Management organization
- Showcase expert knowledge of the Liftoff product and employ creative solutions to help our customers succeed
Requirements
- 6+ years of client-facing experience in a new business sales or sales account management role, experience with Enterprise-level clients is a plus. Ideally 2+ years of direct mobile ad-tech experience
- Experience working with high-opportunity accounts, ideally $5M+/quarter
- An ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact.
- Strong negotiation/influencing skills with an ability to persuade at the executive management level using an analytical approach to problem solving.
- A strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- Expert level client facing skills; explaining difficult technical concepts, negotiation and strategic direction
- Organization and project management skills, creative solution-seeking skills
- Strong stakeholder management when working with clients and internal teams
- Ability to autonomously and effectively collaborate with and rally multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve account needs

- A strong relationship builder with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, management and other internal teams.
- Familiarity with advertising technology platforms, ad networks, programmatic buying, or similar digital advertising tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to overcome challenges effectively.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets or revenue goals consistently.
- Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for internal and business engagements
- BS / BA required - analytical degree preferred
- Nice to have: Experience coaching and training of new/lower-level employees (nice to have)
