Account Executive

• Drive client business strategy, KPIs, and measurement framework.
• Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the POD’s functions (creative, influencer, data, strategy & account management/pm).
• Serve as the final decision-maker for all client work.
• Uphold best-in-class creative output and excellence for the POD.
• Balance creative excellence with operational discipline.
• Set POD priorities and oversee project delivery and timeline management across all POD workstreams.
• Own POD performance reporting and ensure accountability for results.
• Implement operational rigor to optimize resource management, workflow efficiency, and process improvements.
• Lead client experience throughout the full business/project cycle.
• Centralize day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
• Manage client input briefs and ensure accurate routing and execution.
• Own and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) process.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between POD, Group Lead, and Centers of Excellence teams (known as COEs).
• Ensure the integrity of work by identifying challenges and proactively finding solutions.
• Review and approve all deliverables and outputs to ensure they meet accuracy and excellence standards.
• Implement operational rigor to ensure efficient business performance, overseeing workflow optimization and process implementation.

Account Director

• Drive end-to-end portfolio performance and strategy across assigned PODs.
• Uphold best-in-class creative output/excellence across all PODs/work.
• Balance creative excellence with operational discipline.
• Review POD lead performance of work (not in the weeds).
• Manage senior-level client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain a proactive pulse with clients to ensure relationships are healthy and growing.
• Build and maintain strong in-person client relationships.
• Orchestrate talent and specialized expertise in partnership with COEs.
• Partner with Biz Ops to ensure proper resource management and COE alignment for POD needs.
• Foster cross-POD collaboration and best practice sharing with COEs.
• Develop and mentor POD leadership teams.
• Regular, proactive reporting to ELT on client health, performance, and growth.
• Translate executive vision into actionable portfolio strategies.
• Identify award-winning work, thought leadership opportunities, conflict mitigation strategies, and proactive client initiatives.
• Partner with Biz Ops and Growth to maximize business performance (value and profit).
• Lead in SOW drafting, negotiations, and finalization in partnership with Biz Ops.
• Work with Growth COE to establish and achieve revenue growth goals.
• Partner with Biz Ops to drive P&L optimization, invoicing, and accounting needs.

Group Account Director

Data Analyst

• Movement Strategy is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can bring both rigor and imagination to the way we measure, interpret, and communicate performance.
• Dig into large, complex data sets, build reporting frameworks and dashboards, and surface insights that help our clients make smarter decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable business results.
• Structure an analytical approach, forecast outcomes, and turn data into stories and recommendations that are clear, actionable, and impactful.
• Measure both organic and paid social media performance; influence creative and elevate brand performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau (or comparable tools). Contribute to data pipelines through experience with ETL processes.
• Collaborate with peers on cross functional teams, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring actionable delivery of accurate and actionable data.

Senior Data Analyst

Account Manager

• Oversee Movement Strategy’s Beauty Pod and serve as primary point of contact for client communications and project coordination
• Manage day-to-day operations of client projects, ensuring efficient execution, strong client relationships, and project success
• Problem-solve: identify challenges, raise issues, and develop solutions to get the job done
• Campaign Strategy and Planning: stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to bring valuable insights to the team
• Develop understanding and contribution to creative, content ideas, paid media, and performance reporting with a strategic lens
• Support development of scopes of work and quarterly/annual business reviews
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within day-to-day communication and meetings
• Participate in social-centric recommendations to achieve client goals and drive campaigns effectively
• Support the Pod Lead to uphold the strategic vision and work collaboratively
• Manage multiple projects via Asana, leading internal cross-functional teams through project lifecycles including social content, campaign development, influencer strategies, and event activations
• Run internal team-status meetings and always know project standing
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, media planning) to develop and execute social-first creative content and campaigns
• Create and manage timelines, scopes of work, and budgets; report on hours/time spent with Account team
• Work with resource management on budgeting resources and developing staffing plans for projects and client-retainers
• Produce necessary contracts and paperwork for partner-vendors and work with finance/operations to ensure payment is processed within proper budgets
• Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions across departments
