- Oversee the entire account function as the senior relationship owner.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to win net-new clients.
- Build and lead a first-class account team.
- Lead how we integrate AI into account operations and client work.
- Get things done through both formal and informal channels.
- Learn quickly when facing new problems and experiment to find winning solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 18+ years managing and growing large-scale client business and global brand portfolios, primarily within a social-first or digital agency environment.
- Deep fluency in social platforms, creator and influencer ecosystems, and community-driven brand building, plus a real command of social-first measurement.
- 8+ years managing at least 4 direct reports.
- A proven track record of strong, lasting client relationships and leadership.
- A real skill for pitching and winning new business.
- Experience leading all client engagements: strategic guidance, thought leadership, integrated plans, staffing solutions, revenue forecasts, and oversight of day-to-day account operations.
- Experience leading account planning across multiple clients and industries.
- A "lead by example" approach that inspires and motivates cross-functional teams to produce outstanding work. You're someone people want to work with and learn from.
- A strategic mind at your core, backed by strong analytical and critical thinking.
- High standards and impeccable attention to detail across every deliverable.
- A finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends, breakthrough creative, and emerging technology.
