About the role
- Serve as front line to customers placing meal orders and provide excellent customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal order
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen accurately and efficiently
- Document all conversations with clients into client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when special situations arise
- Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- 1 year of previous call center experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (preferred)
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
