About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for customers of a music streaming service
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Polish and English
- Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience
- Handle multiple simultaneous chats and manage workload under pressure
- Complete orientation and nesting phases and adhere to project scheduling requirements
- Install and use required security software and follow client/moderation guidelines
- Collaborate with ModSquad team and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English with professional-level communication in both
- Must complete language assessments in Polish and English
- Experience providing support through inbound messaging
- Experience handling 3-5 simultaneous chats
- Orientation: 40 hours/week for 8-week orientation (Phase 1: 4 weeks 4 AM - 1 PM PT; Phase 2: 4 weeks self-scheduled between 5 AM - 12 AM PT)
- Available production hours: daily 5 AM - 12 AM PT
- Project commitment: 25 hours/week; 12 hours required on Saturday and/or Sunday
- Project length: up to 180 days (as needed by ModSquad)
- Workspace: dedicated laptop/desktop running Windows 10 or newer
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on mobile device
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of clear photos
- Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM (dual monitors strongly recommended)
- Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects
