Serve as first point of contact for customers of a leading music streaming service
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Portuguese and English
Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience
Handle multiple simultaneous chats and maintain composure under pressure
Complete required orientation (8 weeks) and meet production hour commitments
Use ModSquad security software and tools and complete language assessments as required
Requirements
Fluent in Portuguese and English with professional-level communication skills
All qualified applicants must complete language assessments in Portuguese and English
Experience providing support through inbound messaging
Experience handling 3-5 simultaneous chats
Orientation: 40 hours per week for 8-week orientation (Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM PT; Phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled during available production hours)
Available Production Hours: Daily, 24/7
Project Commitments: 25 hours per week; 12 hours required on Saturday and/or Sunday
Project length: 180 days (as needed by ModSquad)
Workspace: dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or newer
Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on mobile device
Access to a webcam or a smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
Stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
At least 8 GB of RAM (dual monitors strongly recommended)
Chromebook is not sufficient
Must be able to convert Pacific Time orientation/production hours to local time
