• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including contracts with clients, suppliers, agents, and partners
• Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
• Prepare and submit forms and filings for various national and international authorities and institutions
• Support the legal and finance team in analyzing international treaties and regulatory developments
• Maintain and improve the contract lifecycle management system and legal archiving processes
• Actively contribute to streamlining and scaling legal workflows and processes to support business efficiency
