About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles beyond job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier customer experience/customer success talent to keep the pipeline flowing.
- Build authentic relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
- Create and experiment with sourcing channels, optimize outreach, and improve candidate engagement.
- Use data to track, analyze, and improve recruiting efforts and hiring metrics.
- Champion company culture and attract candidates who enhance team quality and culture.
- Run high-impact hiring initiatives and support scaling of teams across the company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of business recruiting experience—ideally in house at a SaaS company.
- Experience hiring for customer success teams (preferred).
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to craft compelling outreach and hold meaningful conversations.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, create hiring plans, and close top talent.
- Data-driven mindset; track metrics and analyze trends (experience with Ashby and BrightHire a plus).
- Adaptability and creativity in sourcing and outreach.
- Passion for building great teams and hiring for the long term.
- Legally authorized to work in the country in which the job is located (application asks about work authorization and sponsorship).
