About the role
- Research leads and engage prospects for all business lines to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and qualify leads through discovery conversations.
- Build relationships and communicate Anchorage Digital’s value propositions to prospects.
- Lead efforts for pipeline growth and top-of-funnel expansion in partnership with sales reps and marketing.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce, ensure data accuracy, and report on progress.
- Share client and discovery call feedback with product, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize offerings and demand generation.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes and deliver timely reporting.
- Contribute to team activities and serve as a team player to help originate new prospects and elevate Anchorage Digital’s reputation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of experience within digital assets.
- Experience in a prior BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS company.
- Basic technical knowledge of digital assets and the industry, and the ability to articulate core offerings to prospects.
- Experience managing a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
- Self-starter with strong drive to grow business within a market-leading company.
- Quick learner and ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way.
- Ability to collaborate closely across departments and share discovery feedback with marketing, product, and engineering.
