About the role
- Absorb inbound and partner leads and create outbound opportunities.
- Manage full-cycle deals for mid-market subcontractors and drive complex product sales (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, labor compliance, etc.).
- Shape and run a repeatable, scalable sales process and develop process for future hires.
- Build strong relationships with regional channel partners and co-sell.
- Drive sales conversations with C-Suite stakeholders and expand Miter's industry reach.
- Represent Miter at industry conferences and associations.
- Collaborate within a high-ownership sales team to deliver customer value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience selling complex products.
- Proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quota.
- Successful track record commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated outbound sales experience and pipeline creation from scratch.
- Experience selling into construction or mid-market specialty contractors (preferred).
- Experience managing partner relationships and co-selling with channel or technology partners.
- Comfortable managing full-cycle deals with mid-market subcontractors (~50-500+ employees).
