Identifies and implements business development projects relating to professional services
Identifies markets and determines the feasibility of product and service development
Performs economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities
Works with sales, marketing, and potential customers to determine their needs
Develop and execute an account strategy and pipeline to win new business within DoD ADO market areas
Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities, with high Pwin potential, on prime contracts worth over $50M
Build/maintain a robust qualified pipeline of opportunities
Lead the development of white papers, RFI, Market Surveys, and Sources Sought responses
Requirements
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
Five or more years of specific successful Program Management experience within the defense or federal market areas including Acquisition, Global Logistics, Integrated Product Support, Modernization, Operations
Established and extensive customer relationships with relevant senior and mid-level leadership in DoD or federal customers
Ability to learn, be proactive, manage multiple tasks, and have a demonstrated technical/business GovCon acumen
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior leadership
Ability to travel as required
