About the role
- Drive adoption and growth of Miovision solutions across strategic agency accounts
- Provide solutions architecture guidance and technical consultation for Smart City and ITS deployments
- Embed within top 10 major North American cities, supporting proof-of-concepts, pilot initiatives, and ongoing projects
- Influence product roadmap and accelerate large deals in collaboration with product leaders
- Oversee Pilot Program: design, execute, and track pilots that validate solutions and generate revenue
- Lead Spec’d In Program: align solutions to agency specifications and drive measurable pipeline growth
- Curate and maintain demonstration materials, specifications, and product requests
- Provide dedicated sales and technical support to approximately ten strategic accounts
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration across Traffic, Transit, Fire, Police, mobility, and snow plow management
- Assess customer systems and tools, identify gaps, and create actionable plans
- Develop technical documentation, implementation roadmaps, and integration strategies
- Lead pilots and product demonstrations to showcase solution value
- Help secure product approvals and update agency ITS specifications
- Serve as escalation point for complex operational and product-related challenges
- Develop account plans, support case studies, references, webinars, and account-based marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level
- 8+ years of technical experience; must understand network products
- Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign
- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support
- Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues
- Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes
- Membership in Industry Groups (IMSA/ITSA/ITE/etc) preferred as well as relevant industry Certifications
