About the role

  • Take full ownership of paid advertising as a growth channel and manage ad campaigns end-to-end
  • Own and execute paid advertising strategies across key channels and product feed/catalog campaigns where applicable
  • Manage and scale large ad budgets (€100k+/month) efficiently
  • Oversee performance-driven campaigns and balance creative strategy with data-driven optimization
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and clear recommendations for long-term paid media growth
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and broader marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Increase revenue from paid advertising by at least 20% profitably (early success milestone)
  • Provide reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to drive ROI and growth

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid media buying
  • 1+ year of proven experience managing catalog/product feed campaigns
  • Proven success managing ad budgets of at least €100,000/month
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize advertising campaigns end-to-end across major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, etc.)
  • Experience developing, testing, and implementing advertising strategies to maximize ROI
  • Strong skills in monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a data-driven mindset
  • Must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • Independent Contractor role; not salaried
  • Required to use Hubstaff to track hours worked
