About the role

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the technology strategy for Global Talent Management (GTM) and overseeing administration and execution of strategic program operations
  • Oversee talent and learning technologies, strategic partnerships, and manage the global GTM Operations team to maximize impact and drive efficient use of COE resources
  • Develop and manage Talent Technology strategy and roadmap, including connections to HCM (SAP), emergent technology (AI), talent platforms, content partnerships, instructional technologies
  • Ensure talent tech solutions are business-driven, scalable, and promote employee and manager self-service
  • Manage GTM operations team and provide comprehensive support for strategic development programs and targeted eLearning content delivery
  • Collaborate across OneHR, HR Tech/Shared Services, IT, Finance, and business units on integrations, system deployments, and enhancements
  • Identify and track impact metrics and KPIs; drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, and adoption of emergent technologies and automation
  • Manage talent tech budget, vendor relationships, procurement process, and streamline vendor channels through GTM COE or HR Solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (High School +4 years); Masters Degree preferred (High School +6 years)
  • Minimum 8+ years experience managing and implementing talent management technologies (talent marketplace, learning management systems and employee engagement platforms)
  • Experience with skill-based strategies, APIs and platform integration
  • Experience leading tech initiatives and programs, including utilization of generative AI
  • Experience managing and leading a team and capacity planning
  • Prior HR consulting experience preferred
  • Deep experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrix environment and working between a Talent Management COE and HR Tech / Shared Services
  • Expertise in learning technology (including AI) and administration, UX and UI, consulting, learning reporting and analytics, content management, vendor management, change management, instructional design
  • Knowledge of learning and leadership development programming, organizational development and talent assessment preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels; ability to communicate technical content with precision and simplicity
  • Sponsor engagement and executive presence to influence stakeholders and drive adoption
