• Own all aspects of performance marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term new customer acquisition and build a foundation for healthy growth into the next decade.

Head of Growth – Performance Marketing

Manager

• Lead, develop, and motivate a small but high-performing Community Support team that is on the front line of supporting our artists.
• Project manage our detailed Artist Challenge calendar between cross-functional teams. Maintain project plans, using tools to automatically keep all teams informed of status, action items, blockers, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Manage escalated, sensitive cases that require special care and consideration.
• Ensure that our Support team meets very high standards for responsiveness to artists and quality of support. Analyze artist data, conduct detailed root-cause analysis, and communicate artist feedback cross-functionally. Develop solutions and determine the right channels to address artist feedback.
• Develop strategies and tools that help us scale to provide outstanding support to a growing community of artists.
• Monitor and manage Support team metrics and artist feedback. Be an internal advocate for artist needs and product requests across merchandising, brand, marketing, product management, and engineering teams.
• Develop programs that increase artists’ engagement with Minted and each other in our online community.
• Design onboarding content and automated communications that encourage new artists to try out the Minted community and participate in their first few design or art competitions.
• Manage all recurring artist communications, such as Design Challenge emails, announcements, individual updates about artists’ work, and act as the conduit between Minted and our artists for business updates.

Associate Manager, Artist Relations

Sales

• Host wedding consultations with customers over video consultations, orienting them with their wedding vision while helping them find their dream wedding stationery
• Upsell and cross-sell during all consultations to help the customer find the best possible stationery for their Wedding
• Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador, influencing the prospective customer’s perception of Minted
• Answer questions about Minted’s full suite of products and services, customization, assistance with how to place orders, and how to access a Designer
• Liaise with other departments when the customer needs additional support or services
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM, while following departmental policies
• Use support tools & training, including our knowledge base, to respond to inquiries and ensure our customers’ satisfaction and a high-quality concierge experience
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and merchandise, and share those with leadership
• Actively support revenue growth by leveraging soft sales strategies and tactics, while closely aligning with the Minted brand and ensuring that customers feel comfortable throughout the process

Client Sales Specialist

• Actively manage purchasing and inventory allocation for the Wholesale Greeting Card program
• Analyze weekly in-stock data, work both internally and externally with 3rd party partners to achieve in-stock goals
• Project SKU-store level demand for both Everyday and Seasonal programs within our wholesale Greeting Cards business
• Develop and implement accurate, scalable reporting for performance metrics across our Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain
• Provide analytical support in cost negotiations with Wholesale partners
• Support the launch and execution of new Wholesale programs and partners by delivering partner requirements, such as item setup, testing, and audits
• Partner with 3rd party merchandisers for flawless execution of weekly store maintenance
• Track data associated with our 3rd party merchandisers to ensure compliance for everyday and seasonal programs

Supply Chain Specialist

Procurement

• Expand Minted’s portfolio of suppliers with expectations for controlling and reducing spend across the organization, including driving cost-modeling insights to guide sourcing and margin decisions
• Build and manage effective strategic relationships with overseas suppliers to support the company’s sourcing and manufacturing placement, quality, and cost goals, with a focus on long-term partnership development in Asia
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to develop, source, and manufacture products to drive sales growth
• Manage production and sourcing, including materials knowledge, trade regulations, testing protocol, product integrity, production cycle timeline, costing, SOP, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international and domestic regulatory requirements
• Negotiate with offshore partners to obtain competitive pricing and improve margin structures, while also ensuring quality standards remain aligned to the Minted brand
• Regularly communicate with overseas suppliers to audit quality, verify capabilities, build expertise and relationships, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to manufacturers and cross-functional partners regarding production and shipping timelines to mitigate any delays
• Occasionally move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. This role entails physically moving displays, boxes, and other visual materials
