About the role
- Lead development of advanced measurement frameworks for marketing performance, including MMM, incrementality testing, and geo-experimentation
- Leverage data to enhance marketing strategies and drive business performance
- Analyse customer behaviour, segment audiences, and measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Generate marketing insights that inform strategic and tactical decision-making across channels
- Partner with marketing, finance, and commercial teams to optimise allocation of significant budgets
- Innovate new approaches to measuring ROI and attribution in a privacy-first environment
- Communicate complex results and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way
- Mentor and support other data scientists and analysts in experimentation and modelling skills
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decisions

- Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality testing, and geo-experimentation
