About the role
- Lead development and execution of portfolio and integrated marketing strategy across modalities, services, and digital solutions
- Craft and deliver a unified enterprise story across care pathways, modalities, services, and digital solutions
- Define and execute digital marketing strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Own the digital ecosystem, KPIs, marketing automation, analytics, and performance optimization to ensure measurable ROI
- Drive content strategy and oversee development of thought leadership assets, customer case studies, videos, and digital-first storytelling formats
- Build digital and in-person experiences to elevate customer engagement, brand perception, and preference
- Drive demand generation and lead nurturing strategies in collaboration with sales and product marketing teams
- Partner with senior leadership, modality CMOs, regional marketing, product, creative, communications, and analytics teams to align messaging and execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with depth in digital, analytics, and experience design
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives linking technical, clinical, and commercial domains
- Strong portfolio marketing experience; able to unify multiple offerings into a single enterprise story
- Exceptional storytelling skills; clear, empathetic, adaptable across diverse audiences
- Strategic and analytical; able to craft strategy grounded in data and measurable outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
- Ability to complete a drug screen as a condition of employment
