About the role
- Collaborate with customers to define business requirements and provide solutions and tools that strengthen business processes
- Define objectives based on end-user needs and identify organizational strengths to maximize opportunities and improve processes
- Manage SPIKE, Ariba, FSR, and ServiceNow requests to support order processing and operational efficiency
- Maintain and update the Budget/Purchase tool to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Participate in special modernization projects to drive innovation and process improvement
- Request and process vendor funding to support business initiatives and ensure timely execution
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing or Trade Management
- 2 to 5 years of related experience
- Solid grasp of business processes and baseline knowledge of CSG products
- Proficiency in knowledge management applications and tools
- Decent experience with Ariba and SAP
- Basic project management skills (desirable)
