About the role
- Manage SAP user access and perform technical maintenance of Finance authorization concepts and solutions
- Conduct regular assessments of user access rights, identify risks and recommend changes to mitigate risks
- Implement and maintain SAP authorization profiles and roles according to standards and best practices; support design and concept
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP authorization issues and provide end-user support
- Collaborate with Central Key Users and IT teams on role design to meet business requirements and security
- Develop and maintain SAP authorization policies, processes, procedures and audit-proof documentation
- Support SAP security and authorization audits, compliance reviews, and ITGC execution including mitigation for SOD conflicts
- Report and document security incidents and investigations
- Develop and deliver user training materials for SAP security policies and procedures
- Support evaluation of business requirements and take ownership of work packages in large SAP projects related to authorization and user administration
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Engineering or Management
- 2 years of experience working with SAP Authorizations
- Knowledge of SAP landscape architecture, modules and integration (SAP certification is a plus)
- Knowledge in SAP data flows, single and composite roles
- Knowledge of Audit/Internal Controls/Compliance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts
- Experience with SAP Tcodes: PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SE16, SE93, SE01
- Experience in projects deploying systems in the Finance function
- Experience with user support/ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori and BW (ECC is a plus)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with Change Request Management (ChaRM) or similar
- Innovation leadership skills and methods
- English written and spoken (B2 level or above)
