About the role
- Create compelling digital designs for web, ads, social, email, events, videos/ animations, PPT decks, and more
- Transform ideas into visuals that tell our story and drive engagement
- Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
- Support key campaigns with eye-catching designs that deliver results
- Own and evolve visual brand elements and contribute to design systems
- Serve as Mercell's in-house go-to designer for all visual needs during maternity cover
- Work in a fast-moving environment where projects move quickly and ideas turn into actions
Requirements
- Experience in digital design, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or a creative agency
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing visuals and product-related content
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- The ability to balance creativity with performance, designing for both impact and outcomes
- An organized, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Preferred: Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
