• Transform ideas into visuals that tell our story and drive engagement
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling

• Own and evolve visual brand elements and contribute to design systems
• Serve as Mercell's in-house go-to designer for all visual needs during maternity cover

• Lead and scale the global customer support function, aligning structure, capabilities, and resources with Mercell’s growth and operational complexity
• Build and develop a high-performing, customer-centric support team across multiple countries and markets
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and IT teams to ensure an integrated customer journey and resolve complex issues
• Design, implement, and optimise processes, routines, and KPIs to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Analyse customer interactions, feedback, and support data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance support efficiency and scalability
• Drive the adoption of modern support tools, analytics, and best practices in service delivery
• Act as a change leader, supporting Mercell’s transition to a unified SaaS platform and embedding a customer-first mindset throughout the organisation
• Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in support delivery, regardless of channel or geography

Account Executive

• Prospect and acquire new supplier customers in the Latvian market
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager as part of the Latvian Supply Sales team
• Actively prospect, engage, and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help companies navigate and succeed in public tenders
• Contribute directly to Mercell’s growth and success in Latvia

Sales Executive

• Deliver outstanding 1st line customer support providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Guide customers through product usage and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Act as first point of contact and foster customer loyalty and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Handle multi-channel inquiries, prioritise workload, and document using Jira and other tools.
• Update self-help knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Report to the Team Lead; work with colleagues across Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway.
